The Sirianni Group is a Windermere real estate team based on Mercer Island. We love living and working here. Mercer Island is our community and our hub – we help our clients wherever their needs may be.
Our My MI Mission
We founded My Mercer Island (My MI) in 2014 to be your essential resource for all things Mercer Island. Our mission is:
- To keep you informed of local news and events.
- To provide information on helpful resources on Mercer Island.
- To spotlight new restaurants and retail businesses opening downtown Mercer Island and to support our local business community.
- To support our local schools, PTAs, youth organizations, and share information about educational resources and events.
- To support our local non-profit community, from our arts organizations to Mercer Island Youth & Family Services.
- To discuss important issues affecting our City and to help improve our local community in collaboration with others.
Most of all, we’re focused on getting you connected into the community on Mercer Island – online and offline!
Erin became involved in the Mercer Island community after making the Island her home eight years ago (although her first experience on the Island was actually 13 years ago as an intern for the Mercer Island Reporter). She is a former co-president of the Mercer Island Preschool Association, which was awarded Mercer Island 2013 Citizen of the Year during her leadership. In 2014, she launched My Mercer Island (My MI) to serve as a fun, alternative news source for Islanders. In 2015, she received a Let’s Move! Mercer Island award on behalf of My MI from the City of Mercer Island for her involvement as a community partner in the local Let’s Move! campaign.
Erin is a residential Broker at the Windermere Mercer Island office. Prior to real estate, Erin worked in PR for an international public relations agency and in marketing for medical publishing and technology firms. Erin is passionate about exceptional client care and serving as a resourceful and tireless advocate for her clients. She is known for her innovative marketing, attention to detail and beautiful design, and in-depth market knowledge – from the specifics of school districts to real estate statistics and trends.
Raised in North Dakota, Erin became fascinated in homes at an early age – she grew up in a turn-of-the-century Victorian house built by a Cream of Wheat founder. But before her real estate adventures, she planned to become a writer and received an undergraduate degree in English from St. Olaf College (where she met Charlie) and a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Needless to say, she still hasn’t quite given up on writing.
Charlie is a Mercer Island native and spent his childhood exploring the paths of Pioneer Park, playing ball at Island Crest Park, and swimming at Groveland Park and Clarke Beach. After leaving the island for college, law school, and career opportunities, Charlie returned to Mercer Island with his wife Erin to raise their family. He picked up right where left off, only now he enjoys seeing Mercer Island’s parks, ball fields and beaches through the eyes of his two boys.
Charlie is a Managing Broker at the Windermere Mercer Island office. Previously a real estate attorney, Charlie has over 10 years of experience advising clients and guiding them through important real estate negotiations and transactions. He began his career at a prominent international law firm, working in the Dallas and New York offices. After returning home, Charlie joined and became a partner at a well-respected Seattle law firm, before pursuing his longtime passion for residential real estate.
Charlie received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Like My Mercer Island, Windermere Real Estate is a local, community-focused organization. Windermere began in 1972 as a small office of just eight agents in Seattle’s Windermere neighborhood. It has since grown to become a leading real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. Windermere is also focused on giving back to the community through the Windermere Foundation. Most recently, Windermere is partnering with the Seattle Seahawks on a #tacklehomelessness campaign. For every Seahawks tackle at home games during the 2016 season, the Windermere Foundation donates $100 to YouthCare, a Seattle non-profit organization serving homeless youth from across Puget Sound. For these reasons and many more, we are proud to be a Windermere real estate team.
